The Specialist Group (“TSG”), a leading provider of technical engineering specialists for attractive, structurally growing end markets such as power, chemicals, infrastructure, renewables and life sciences, today announced that its flagship label STAR has agreed to acquire Stadlmann Tec (“Stadlmann”), a leading provider of technical specialists in the automotive, energy and life sciences industries across Austria and Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The partnership will leverage the combined expertise in renewable energy, carbon emission reduction, and e-mobility to support clients’ energy transition and energy security agenda. The acquisition will also expand STAR’s presence in Austria and Germany, strengthening its ability to serve clients in the DACH region across the energy, infrastructure, automobile and healthcare sectors.

Stadlmann will operate under the name “STAR Stadlmann” with Ing. Ferdinand Stadlmann as Chief Executive Officer, reporting to Sil Hoeve.
